Is it secure to order from this site? TOP
Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 128-bit encryption.
Do you keep my personal information? TOP
Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our Ecommerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.
Do you sell or trade any of my information? TOP
Absolutely not: We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information with anyone under any circumstances.
I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it? TOP
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.
When will my credit card be charged? TOP
Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.
Sales Tax TOP
MIMO Home and Body is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to a Georgia address.
Has my order been shipped? TOP
You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.
How do I track my order? TOP
If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.
Shipping TOP
MIMO Home and Body ships via UPS Ground and FedEx. We are not able to ship C.O.D. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders require your signature upon package delivery. Please make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fees. UPS and FedEx will charge a minimum fee of $10.00 for incorrect addresses. Packages returned to us marked "REFUSED", "UNCLAIMED", "INVALID ADDRESS" will be credited back to the customers credit card or paypal account, less a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs.
What is your return policy? TOP
It is always the goal at MIMO Home and Body to see that you enjoy and benefit from all products offered. Returns of merchandise accompanied by all included marketing materials and product sample will be accepted for a strore credit or refund minus original shipping charges. This includes packages shipped for free. You will be charged the actual cost of shipment. Your return must be received within 10 days of original receipt and the return shipping is at cutomer's expense. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the return. In the event of damaged merchandise, return shipping will be at the expense of MIMO Home and BODY and we will immediately exchange your merchandise upon receipt of the original product.
To ensure the purity of our products, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns on body products. There are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our warehouse. We are not able to issue credit on unauthorized returns and merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded.
We do not accept returns on clearance items.
Damage and Shortage TOP
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 3 business days so we can make a claim with the shipping carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event that the shipping carrier would like to inspect the box as well as the contents. You must follow the shipping carrier's guidelines for reporting suspected damage or we will not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods. Please call or email us if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or if you received an incorrect item.
How do I find a product? TOP
There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, you can also click on "Search" and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed.
Life of the product TOP
Our products are made using natural ingredients, a product's average shelf life is 6 to 12 months from the time you receive your product. Our handmade soap has a long shelf life. Our body care items should be stored in their closed container in a cool and dry place.

There are links and buttons on the site to get you where you want to go. Products are available from the main menu and under the "Products" button link, you can also view informational web pages that we have set up so you can get some information on our company and our products.

We do not test any of our products on animals.
